London Metropolitan University

The Writing&Talking Club at London Metropolitan University challenges you to become writers, poets, podcasters, actors, directors, filmmakers, journalists, barristers and more. You will try out a wide variety of creative and fun activities to improve your communication skills and writing and talking specialisms in a fun and relaxed environment with new friends.

Our sessions are taught by theatre maker and director Tory Sandars, and a range of other professionals. You will also get to explore our amazing facilities including bringing a trial to court in our mock courtroom, creating radio shows and films in our TV studios and acting in the London Metropolitan University drama studios.

Club members will also get to take part in exciting Masterclasses and trips, as well as exhibiting your work at the National Saturday Club Summer Show. In the past we have worked with the English National Opera, Shakespeare’s Globe, Adobe films and a range of exciting authors, poets and directors.
