Weekly programme
Regarding the weekly Saturday classes, we strongly advise that you adhere to your institution’s policies and government guidelines in relation to the ongoing programming of your National Saturday Club throughout this academic year.
We are aware that many institutions are suspending all in-person activities including the National Saturday Club, and developing digital resources and alternative means of engagement. We are grateful to everyone who has been in touch about their latest programme developments, please continue to update us.
We are in the process of developing a network-wide digital resource framework to ensure that all Club members continue to benefit from being a part of the National Saturday Club programme and we will be in touch soon with more information about this.
Tutors’ Meeting
Please note that the Tutors’ Meeting on Monday 23 March is cancelled. We will be taking this opportunity to connect with you directly to talk broadly about your programmes and any additional support that you may need. We will be in touch to organise individual one-to-one phone calls.
Masterclasses
In the interest of the welfare of all parties, we regret to inform you that any planned Masterclasses for the rest of this academic year will no longer take place. We will ensure that all involved with the Masterclasses are updated on this decision.
In order to ensure every Club member in the network has the chance to engage with Masterclass opportunities, we are developing a dynamic digital solution which will be announced soon.
Summer Show
In light of current circumstances and predicted developments over the next few months, it is highly likely that there will be significant changes to the usual format of the Summer Show and Club member Private Views in June. We are currently assessing the various possible scenarios and potential new approaches and will be in touch with you very soon to update you on our plans.
