Summer Show

The annual Summer Show will return to Embankment Galleries at London’s prestigious Somerset House from 13–16 July 2024 to celebrate the end of the National Saturday Club year and all of the Club members’ achievements.

The Summer Show presents the inspiring work of 13-16-year-old National Saturday Club members who have been attending free weekly Saturday Clubs at colleges, museums, and universities across the country. Each of the eight Saturday Club subjects – Art&Design, Craft&Making, Fashion&Business, Film&Screen, Performance&Theatre, Science&Engineering, Society&Change, and Writing&Talking – are represented in an exhibition designed by Dallas-Pierce-Quintero.

The National Saturday Club Masterclasses Programme is also celebrated at the exhibition. Throughout the year, leading industry professionals and organisations lead special workshops for Saturday Club members. Click here to see the latest Masterclasses.

The exhibition is an inspirational showcase of the ideas, creativity, and innovation of the nation’s next generation. Club members achievements are also celebrated at their Graduation Ceremonies, where previous guest speakers have included Deborah Latouche, Deirdre McDermott, Jay Blades MBE, Leigh Adams, Lucy Kennedy, Neal Shasore, Nyasha Daley, Patrick Harrison, Sir Nigel Carrington, and National Saturday Club founders Sir John Sorrell and Lady Frances Sorrell.
