£15,025 raised during Big Give Arts for Impact week – thank you!

25 March, 2026

National Saturday Club is thrilled to announce that £15,025 has been raised during Big Give’s Arts For Impact week, surpassing the campaign target. The money raised will sustain equal access to free, high-quality creative education for 13–16-year-olds across the UK.

Between 17–24 March, National Saturday Club participated in Big Give’s Arts for Impact match-funding campaign. The initiative, ran in partnership with Figurative Philanthropy for Arts & Culture, supports arts charities who deliver real social impact, that help people build confidence, connection and purpose through creativity across the UK. Throughout the campaign period, all donations were doubled, which meant generous supporters made double the impact, ensuring young people across the UK have equatable access to free creative education.

Lucy Kennedy, Chief Executive of National Saturday Club commented:

“My sincere thanks to everyone who supported our Big Give Arts for Impact campaign. The strength of support behind this campaign speaks to a shared commitment to ensuring that access to creative education is not limited by circumstance. We are very grateful to have reached our £15,000 target and to carry this momentum forward into our work with young people across the UK.”

Across the campaign week, it was fantastic to receive support from both new and long-standing National Saturday Club supporters, with many advocates generously sharing the campaign within their networks and helping National Saturday Club reach new audiences.

Among them, artist Jeremy Deller shared a supportive message with his Instagram followers: “Long Live Saturday Club!”, while Tom Curtis of Things I Have Drawn also highlighted the campaign, reflecting a shared belief in the importance of accessible creative education for young people.

Across the UK, Saturday Clubs provide 13—16-year-olds with free, year-long extracurricular programmes across eight creative subjects. The proven Saturday Club model develops practical and social skills through transformational experiences, illuminating clear pathways to further study and future careers in the creative sector and beyond.

National Saturday Club and the remarkable network of partners remain dedicated to providing free access to extracurricular creative education for young people, especially those from underserved and underrepresented communities.
