This Art&Design Saturday Club is a continuation of the collaboration between Hull College – Institute of Arts and the Ferens Art Gallery. Club members will undertake a series of exciting, practical Arts Workshops in the College’s professionally equipped Art and Design Studios and will have access to the collection and exhibitions at the Ferens Art Gallery.

Members will explore Drawing, Mixed Media, Printmaking, Painting and Ceramics. The young people get to work with professional artists, and experienced lecturers in Art and Design. The Saturday Club is a unique chance for 13–16-year-olds to develop a portfolio, learn new creative skills, build confidence, and meet like-minded young people.

Club members also take part in national events including Masterclasses with leading industry professionals and the Summer Show, where Saturday Clubs nationwide exhibit their work in a public exhibition – all for free!
