Shademakers
Shademakers at The Department, Ryde, are excited to present The Saturday Club 25-26 season.
Young people aged 13-16years, with curious, imaginative minds, are invited to take part in a series of artistic activities exploring the themes of ‘ My Self, Our Space and This Place’, considering how we view ourselves, our community and the world around us in a creative way. Club members will get the opportunity to utilise The Department’s great facilities, working alongside the creatives based here and guests bringing specialist knowledge to sessions.
Club members also take part in national events, including Masterclasses with leading industry professionals and the Summer Show, where Saturday Clubs nationwide exhibit their work in a public exhibition – all for free!
