Plymouth College of Art’s Club members were extremely inspired by their Masterclass with leading designer Ella Doran, in which they made newspaper tote bags and customised items they had brought from home. Having been prepped before the day, the Club members were consequently very focused and already had ideas about what it was they wanted to do. As a result they all worked very productively and were receptive to Ella’s advice which they really appreciated. Most finished their items within the two hours, but those who didn’t were keen to take them home to finish off properly.
