For their Masterclass, the Central Bedfordshire College’s Club members were visited by Faye Toogood and her regular collaborator Francesca Sarti who showed examples of their installations and recent projects, which have combined specially designed spaces with unique dining experiences.
These have ranged from a tea van at the London Design Festival to a series of midnight dinners at the Milan Furniture Fair. They asked the Club members to create food experiences, considering everything from branding and promotion to clothing, colour, shape, materials and food.
