University for the Creative Arts Rochester’s Art&Design Masterclass was with jewellery designer Harriet Vine of Tatty Devine, who worked with the young people to design and make their own pieces of jewellery. Harriet began the Masterclass by talking through her own creative process before introducing the creative brief. The members then set about drawing some of their own ideas and searching for inspirational images online. To produce the bespoke pieces of jewellery, they used materials such as beads, string, metal and glue.
