The National Saturday Club is seeking a Programme Producer / Coordinator on a fixed-term basis (January – May 2026) to support the delivery of its dynamic and ambitious industry Masterclasses Programme.
You will be a meticulously organised, positive and highly productive person, keen to work collaboratively within a fast-paced team to deliver high-quality events for young people. You will have a particular aptitude for communications, event-planning and operations, with strong IT skills including proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Outlook and Excel. Experience in the education sector or event management would be highly desirable.
The Masterclasses are a key element of the National Saturday Club programme. Delivered to an exceptional standard and run in collaboration with a national network of prominent industry partners and creative professionals the Masterclasses Programme, connects each Saturday Club and its members, aged 13–16, with industry experts. Each bespoke event is carefully developed to inspire young people and showcase how their skills and interests can develop into future careers in the creative industries and beyond.
Hours: We are open to discussion on this being a 0.8 FTE or full-time role.
Location: Hybrid working (with a minimum of two days per week based in the National Saturday Club’s offices at Somerset House, London).
Fees / Salary: equivalent to £32–35,000 (FTE) subject to experience.
