In a Masterclass with artist and designer Helen Kirkum, the Manchester Fashion Institute Club created ‘Sneaker Sculptures’ from household recycling. Exploring the materiality and physicality of objects, and focusing on the value of waste as a building material, Club members created original and unconventional designs.
