Cambridge School of Creative Industries, Anglia Ruskin University

Co-ordinated by Neil Henderson, Deputy Head of the Cambridge School of Creative Industries, our Film & Media Saturday Club, which is supported by the British Film Institute (BFI), will see Club members work alongside ARU students, expert academics, and industry-leaders to celebrate and explore the breadth of film and screen from production, editing and sound design to VFX, scripting, animation and other forms of media practice.

Club members will develop practical and technical skills across filming, editing, sound, and lighting, as well as key transferable skills such as problem-solving, persistence, and collaboration. They will also take part in national events including Masterclasses with leading industry professionals and the Summer Show, where Saturday Clubs nationwide exhibit their work in a public exhibition – all for free!

The Club is seeking members who are passionate about Film & Media and who are able to commit to attending every Saturday during term time! For further enquiries, please contact schoolsandcolleges@aru.ac.uk
