City Of Oxford College

*Applying to join this Club will take you away from the National Saturday Club website to our partner’s external website.

Club members of the Craft&Making Saturday Club – Furniture will have the unique opportunity to study the process of designing and making furniture at City of Oxford College’s renowned centre of excellence, the Rycotewood Furniture Centre. They will work with wood and gain an understanding of the importance of retaining traditional craft practice, whilst ensuring that these skills and materials evolve and remain relevant in the modern world.

Club members also take part in national events including Masterclasses with leading industry professionals and the Summer Show, where Saturday Clubs nationwide exhibit their work in a public exhibition – all for free!

National Saturday Club is FREE, and places go to students who want to expand their creative skills and are committed to attending on Saturday mornings from November to March!

Please note: by enrolling to a National Saturday Club at Activate Learning, you will be part of the National Saturday Club, taking place across the UK. We will be required to share the data of those enrolled with the National Saturday Club for administrative purposes.
